These terms apply to the System Gridhub website and to reporting engagements commissioned through it.
Acceptance
By using system-gridhub.click or commissioning work from System Gridhub Co., Ltd., you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services through it.
Services described
Pages describing reports, reviews, walkthroughs, and retainers are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timeline are confirmed only in a written estimate or engagement letter accepted by both parties.
Intellectual property
Site content, including copy, layout, and generated imagery, belongs to System Gridhub Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Client report packs remain licensed for the commissioning organization’s internal use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not republish site materials for commercial distribution without permission.
Accuracy of information you provide
Energy usage reporting depends on meter extracts, schedules, and access you supply. You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of those materials. We may note gaps and limitations in delivered packs.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, System Gridhub Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from decisions made solely on the basis of report packs. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless a mandatory rule of Thai law provides otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website or from engagements unless mandatory consumer protections require another venue.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future visits.
