Registered name & origin
The official registered business name is System Gridhub Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2015 on Bamrungmuang Road in Bangkok’s Klongmahanak area, beginning with energy packs for office towers that needed landlord-ready explanations of summer peaks.
Early work focused on interval extracts from a handful of mixed-use sites. Operators asked for charts they could present without a data specialist in the room. That request still shapes how we write every report: concrete floors, named plant equipment, and honest limits when meters share loads.
How we work
We treat reporting as a craft practiced with facility teams. Discovery starts with what you can measure, not what a template wants. Walkthroughs happen when labels and schedules disagree with the file. Briefings stay short enough for an operations lead who already has a full day.
